We’ve been here at No.36 in Banashankari 3rd Stage for a while now. It’s a busy spot near the 7th Main and the 2nd Cross. Most days start early with a lot of phone calls and checking on shipments. Exporting isn't always smooth, especially when stuff gets stuck or paperwork isn't right, but we just get on with it. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we keep the ledgers and coordinate everything. People around here know us as the ones always dealing with boxes and local transport guys. Sometimes the 2nd Cross gets really crowded with trucks, which is a bit of a headache, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We handle a variety of goods and try to keep things moving as fast as the port allows. It’s mostly about making sure the quality is what was asked for before it leaves the building. We’ve got a small team, mostly local folks who’ve been with us for years. We know the neighbors and the tea shop guy knows our order by heart. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a regular workplace where we try to do a decent job every day. Banashankari has changed a lot since we started, more traffic now for sure. We just keep our heads down, check the packing lists, and make sure the labels are stuck on straight before the courier arrives at the door.
