Malleswaram is one of the oldest parts of Bangalore, and that’s where we are. Lavkar Softwares Technologes is based in Egpi Aikya Apartments on Link Road. We’re on the second floor, Flat SB. It’s a classic Malleswaram vibe—narrower roads and lots of old trees. Our office is cozy. It’s an apartment, so it has that lived-in feel. We do our coding and tech work from here. It’s quiet enough that you can actually hear yourself think. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks, but that's just how it is. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. Being an OPC, it’s a very tight-knit operation. We handle everything ourselves. Malleswaram has some of the best tiffin rooms, so lunch is always the highlight of the day. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. Most people find us through word of mouth. We just focus on the software. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, but we enjoy the process. The 2nd-floor view isn't much, just the street and some trees, but it’s enough. We like the stability of this neighborhood. It feels like a real community. We’re just here doing our bit every day. There is no pressure to be anything other than what we are. We take things as they come and try to keep our clients happy without all the corporate talk. We prefer it this way.
