Lavaiva Solutions Private Limited

We set up Lavaiva Solutions over here on Kumbar Road. It's right near the government school in Channasandra, which makes it easy to find once you get into the neighborhood. If you know the area, you know it gets quite lively and a bit crowded when the school lets out in the afternoon. Our place is called Kailasapathi Nilaya, located at number 170. It is a simple setup, nothing like those huge IT parks you see in other parts of Bangalore. We like being in this neighborhood because it feels more real than being stuck in a cold glass tower all day. We mostly spend our time working on different solutions for folks who need help with their systems. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out unexpectedly, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s a small team here. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a designated lounge area for visitors. We just have our desks, our equipment, and some chairs that have seen better days. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and stay close to this side of town. Channasandra has changed a lot lately with new buildings coming up, but our corner stays pretty much the same. We don’t spend money on big ads or marketing. We just focus on the task in front of us. Some days are long, but we know the neighbors well and enjoy the local vibe.
