HSR Layout is where we set up Lausdeo Technology Solutions. We’re on 13th Cross in Sector 1. It’s a popular area for startups, but we try to keep our heads down. The office is at number 677. It’s a decent-sized place, nothing too huge. We’ve got a few desks and a lot of wires everywhere. HSR is great because there’s food everywhere you look. We usually go out for a quick bite in the afternoon. The work we do is mostly technical. It involves a lot of sitting in front of screens. We aren’t the type to have long, boring meetings. Usually, we just shout across the room if we need something. It’s a very flat structure here. No one really cares about titles much. We just want the software to work. The traffic in HSR can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often stay a bit late to let it clear out. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We’ve built a small team that gets along well. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular kettle. It does the job. We’re just a local business trying to stay busy and do right by the people we work with. Every week there is something new to figure out. We enjoy the challenge without making it a big deal. We just keep going. It's about getting through the to-do list and doing a good job.
