Lasya Developers is tucked away in the Gurumurthappa Complex, which is part of JP 1st Phase. We are at number 64/1. If you are looking for us, the main landmark is Rajalakshmi Nursing Home, which is right nearby. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps and drawings spread out most of the time. Being in JP Nagar means we see a lot of people coming and going. The complex itself has a mix of different shops and offices, so there is always some activity in the corridors. We don't go in for big advertising or flashy signs. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just by passing the building. It’s a small team here. We spend our days dealing with various property matters and making sure the paperwork for our projects is moving through the right channels. It can be a bit slow sometimes with all the bureaucracy, but we just stick with it. We don't have a receptionist to filter calls; whoever is free just picks up the phone. It is a very direct way of working. We stay busy with the local projects and try to keep our overheads low. It’s a grounded business, and we prefer it that way. No one here cares about being corporate.
