Larrefer Innovations Private Limited

We’re up in Kothanur, specifically in the Ideal Carnation building. Our office is actually Flat B 906. It’s a bit different working out of a flat, but it suits Larrefer Innovations just fine. Narayanpura is a growing area. The view from the 9th floor is pretty good, you can see quite a bit of the surroundings. It's a quiet place to get things done. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, it's just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone call. We do a lot of innovation work, or at least we try to. Most of the time it’s just problem-solving. We started this because we had some ideas we wanted to try out. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a lobby and a receptionist. You just buzz the door and come in. We spend a lot of time on our laptops. The kitchen is where most of the meetings happen over tea. It’s a very casual environment. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes and focused minds. Kothanur is a bit far for some, but we like the pace here. It’s a bit slower than the city center. We just keep our heads down and work on what needs doing. It might not look like a traditional company, but we get the job finished. We have our own way of doing things and it works for us. No big speeches or goals, just daily progress.
