Laqshya Media Pvt. Ltd has its office at No 2 E Street, 1st Cross in Bharathi Nagar, Bangalore. It’s a bit of a tucked-away location, which is actually quite nice because it keeps the noise of the main Bangalore traffic at a distance. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a straightforward setup with enough room for our team to sit and work on their various projects. We don't have any flashy signs or a big glass entrance. It’s just a door on a regular street. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of whiteboards with notes scribbled on them. We spend our days coordinating media campaigns and talking to people on the phone. The team is a mix of folks who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don't really do the corporate "team building" stuff; we just happen to get along well while we work. There’s a small tea shop on the corner where we usually end up meeting in the afternoons. Bharathi Nagar has a good feel to it, even if the streets are a bit narrow and parking is a total nightmare. We don't make big promises or use marketing speak. We just show up every morning, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things running as smoothly as possible. It’s a busy life, but we like the rhythm of it here in Bangalore.
