L&T Infotech

We are based out in Whitefield, over at the Epip 1St Phase Industrial Area. If you know this part of town, you know the traffic can be a real pain some days. L&T Infotech takes up a few plots from 25 to 30. It’s a big space filled with a lot of desks and computers. Most of our day is spent staring at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s a lot of emails and long meetings that sometimes go on forever. We have people coming in at all sorts of hours because the work never really stops. The cafeteria is usually where we all end up talking about things that aren't related to work just to take a break. It’s not all high-tech and fancy like people think; it’s mostly just people trying to hit deadlines. The air conditioning is always a bit too cold, and there’s always someone looking for a spare charging cable. We’ve been in this part of Whitefield for quite a while now. You get used to the routine of the industrial area. It’s a lot of heads-down work. We don't have a lot of time for fluff. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad. That is basically what life looks like for us here.
