We are Landmark Tours And Travels, based in Koramangala. Our office is at No.903 in the Durga Residency Complex. It’s on the 80 Feet Road in the 6th Block, right across from the Indian Oil Petrol Bunk. If you’re filling up your car, you can see our sign from the road. We've been in this complex for a few years now. It's a busy area with lots of students, office workers, and traffic. We handle a bit of everything, like car hires, bus tickets, and train bookings. Sometimes we help with hotel bookings for people visiting the city. The office gets quite warm in the afternoon because of the big window facing the sun. We have a small team working here. We mostly talk to people who want to visit their hometowns or go on a small vacation during the holidays. It’s not a fancy place, just some desks, chairs, and computers. We try to answer the phone quickly, but sometimes we're all busy with customers who walked in. We know the roads around here and the traffic patterns pretty well. We spend a lot of time coordinating with our drivers on their mobile phones. It’s a lot of work making sure everyone gets picked up on time and the cars are ready. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on people seeing us on the 80 Feet Road or hearing about us from friends. It’s a regular neighborhood business. We keep things moving and help people with their travel plans every day.
