Landmark Properties

Landmark Properties is a small outfit based in Wilson Garden. Our office is at 469, on the 13th Cross. It’s a quiet residential area mostly. We like being tucked away from the main road. It feels more like a community here. We have been working out of this space for quite a while. We do real estate work, helping people buy or rent places. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We know a lot of the landlords and families around Wilson Garden. Sometimes we just sit and have tea with people who drop by. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for what we do. We have files and maps everywhere. We try to keep track of what’s available in the neighborhood. We don't make big promises. We just show people what’s on the market and help with the paperwork. The 13th Cross is easy to find if you know the area. We are usually here from morning until evening. If the door is open, someone is inside. We don't use much technology, just the basics to get the job done. It’s a simple business run by people who live nearby. We just take it as it comes and try to be helpful. Sometimes we might not have the answer right away, but we will look it up for you.
