Ivory Towers is where we are, right on Juhu Tara Road. It's a busy spot in Mumbai. Being in Flat 201 means we see a lot of the neighborhood life. Landmark Gulf Group has been operating out of this Santacruz West address for a bit. It’s a regular office, nothing too flashy. You can hear the traffic from the road most of the time. We handle different parts of the business from here. People come and go. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. Juhu Koliwada is right there, so it's a lively area to work in. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons on the phone. It's mostly about keeping the operations moving. We don't really do the big corporate meetings here; it's more about sitting at the desks and getting through the pile of work. The sea isn't too far, which is nice for a walk after we lock up. We've got a small kitchen area where we make coffee. It’s a practical setup for us. Managing everything from a flat makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold office building. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It’s a Mumbai way of working, I guess. We’ve been here long enough that it feels like the neighborhood is part of our work life. When the rainy season comes, we have to be careful with the windows because the wind from the sea is quite strong.
