Lamiera Technologies Llp is out in Nelamangala, specifically at Plot No 23/B in the Dabaspete 4th Phase. This is right in the Avverahalli Industrial Area. If you know Sompura Hobli, you know it’s a lot of factories and sheds. It gets pretty dusty out here because of all the trucks moving around. We spend most of our time on the shop floor or in the small office area we carved out. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the neighboring units. We’ve been here in Bangalore Rural for a bit now. Most of us commute from further in, so the mornings are a bit of a rush. The building is standard for an industrial zone—metal roof, concrete floors, and plenty of space for equipment. We don’t have any fancy lounges or anything like that. There is a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for breaks. The work keeps us moving, and by the end of the shift, everyone is ready to head home. It’s an honest place. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Dealing with the power cuts and the logistics of being this far out takes up a good chunk of our planning. But the space works for the kind of stuff we do. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes in. The environment is practical and geared towards getting the job done without any extra fluff.
