We are right opposite Sangam Theatre in Gandhi Nagar at 41307, which is a very busy spot. If you’ve ever been near S C Road Cross, you know how much is going on there. There are always people walking by and buses pulling up. Our office is small and usually has a few posters on the walls that have started to fade a bit at the edges. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing down names for trips. Travel can be messy, especially with the traffic in this city. We spend our time trying to make sure people get where they need to go. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all morning. We have a little bench outside for people to wait for their buses. It gets dusty from the main road, so we have to wipe things down a lot. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. We know the tea seller nearby and the guys at the theatre. The nights are almost busier than the days sometimes when the long-distance trips are heading out. We don’t have any fancy booking systems that never break. We just use what works and try to keep everyone on schedule. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy. Gandhi Nagar is a place that never really sleeps, and we are right in the middle of it. We take our tea breaks whenever there is a quiet moment.
