We've been here at B-19 in the ITI Ancillary Industrial Estate for a while now. Mahadevpura is a busy spot in Bengaluru, and it gets pretty loud around here during the day with all the other units running. Lakshmi Designers isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get the work done. Usually, the morning starts with checking the machines and making sure everything is lined up right for the day's orders. It’s a lot of manual work and paying attention to the small things that people might not notice. Sometimes the power acts up or the traffic on the way to the estate is a nightmare, but that's just how it is living in this part of Karnataka. We have a small team, and most of us have been working together for years, so we know how to handle the equipment without talking much. It’s not always pretty, and the floor gets dusty by noon, but we keep things moving. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on what’s in front of us on the workbench. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. People know where to find us if they need something made or fixed. We’re right there in the middle of the industrial block, just doing our thing day after day.
