We run Ladder Consultancy Services out of the Munishettappa Building. The full address is Zeenath Unnisa C/O - Munishettappa Building on Kammagondanahalli Abbigere Main Road in Bangalore 560015. It is a bit of a mouthful when you say it all at once. Our office is basically a few rooms where we look at resumes and talk to people looking for jobs. The building is a well-known landmark on the Abbigere Main Road so it is not too hard to find. Kammagondanahalli is a busy area with a lot of local traffic. We have desks set up for interviews and we spend a lot of time on the phone. It is not a high-rise office or anything. It feels more like a local business where everyone knows the landlord. We deal with various companies and job seekers who walk in throughout the week. The 560015 area has changed a lot lately but our building stays the same. We have some files and computers and that is about it. People come here hoping to find a new start or a better role. We just listen to what they need and see if we can match them with something.
