Labyrinth Movement Rehabilitation Center

We are located on the second floor of Amravati Arcade. This is over in S B Palya Extension, right on the Banaswadi Main Road. If you are looking for the building, just look for the IDBI Bank on the ground floor; we are directly above them. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially near the 7th Main junction. We focus on movement and rehabilitation, which basically means helping people get their strength back or learn to move again after an injury or surgery. The space is set up with some mats, bars, and different tools for exercise. It’s not like a regular gym; it’s more focused and quiet. People come here because they have trouble walking or moving their arms correctly. We spend a lot of time one-on-one with them. The second-floor location gives us a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are focused on what’s happening on the floor. It can be hard work for the patients, and we see a lot of sweat and effort every day. Some people stay for an hour, others for longer. It’s a practical place without any fancy mirrors or loud music. We just want to help people get back to their normal lives. The bank downstairs always has people coming and going, but our floor is dedicated to this kind of physical work. It has been our base for quite a while.
