You can find us at No 24/1 on 20th Main Road in Rajajinagar 1st Block. L-Squareplus Solutions is a small group of us who have been working together for a few years now. We chose Rajajinagar because it has a nice, established feel to it compared to the newer parts of the city. Our office is a straightforward place. We have a few rows of desks and a small area where we keep our tea kettle and some snacks. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine. There are usually some boxes in the corner and cables running along the floor. We aren't trying to be a giant company with hundreds of employees. We just like staying small so we can actually focus on the software work we enjoy. 20th Main Road can get pretty crowded, especially in the evenings, so we often end up staying a bit late to avoid the rush. We don't have a sales team or anyone in a suit. If you call, you’ll probably talk to one of the people actually doing the coding. We just handle whatever tech problems come our way, from small fixes to bigger projects. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. The neighborhood is full of small businesses like ours, which makes it feel like we belong here. We just show up every day, drink our coffee, and get to work on whatever is on the screen.
