L E O Estate

If you are looking for us, L E O Estate is located at No.4, Thimmaiah Road in R K Lyt, Banashankari. We have been working out of this office for a while now, and it is mostly just us handling the day-to-day things that come with property and land. The office isn't anything too special, just a desk with a lot of papers and a couple of chairs for people to sit when they come in to talk. Banashankari is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside our door. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps or going out to see different sites around this part of town. It can be a bit tiring with the traffic and the sun, but we are used to it by now. People usually come to us because they know we are local and we know the streets here pretty well. We don't use any big words or try to act like we are some huge corporation. It is just a small business trying to help people figure out their real estate needs without too much fuss. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to catch up on filing. We just take it as it comes and try to be helpful to whoever walks in through that door on Thimmaiah Road. The neighborhood keeps us busy enough without needing to be fancy.
