Kusuma Tours & Travels

Kusuma Tours & Travels is located at No. 24 on T S P Road in Kalasipalyam. If you know Bangalore, you know this part of town is always moving and can get pretty loud with all the buses and traffic. Our office is right across from Sharma Travels, so people usually manage to find us without too much trouble. We have been working from this spot for a long time now. It is just a small team of us here. We spend our time sitting at the desks, answering the phone, and talking to people who walk in off the street. Most people come in to ask about bus timings or to book a seat for a trip back to their hometown. We do not have any fancy leather chairs or big signs inside, just a functional space where we keep our logbooks and the computer. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it a bit hard to hear, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood near the station. We mostly spend the day sorting out routes and making sure everything is ready for the travelers. It is straightforward work and we do not try to make it sound like more than it is. If someone needs a ticket or wants to know how to get somewhere, we just look it up. It is mostly locals who stop in, though we do get some tourists who look a bit confused by the crowds. We just stay here and handle the daily rush.
