Kushali Solutions

Our office is at number U-38 on 15th Cross Road in Malleswaram. If you know Bangalore, you know Malleswaram has a lot of old trees and it feels a bit different from the rest of the city. We like being on 15th Cross because it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. Kushali Solutions is just a small group of us working out of this space. It’s basically an old building that’s been converted into workspaces. We have computers and a lot of tangled wires everywhere. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our day sitting at our desks and trying to solve whatever problems come our way. Sometimes we go out to the local shops to get some coffee or snacks when we need a break. We don't have any big corporate policies or a human resources department. We just talk to each other and figure things out as we go. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do work hard. The parking around here can be a real nightmare, so most of us try to use public transport or come in early. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we're just providing some technical help and keeping our clients happy. It’s a simple setup and it works for us. We’ve been at this address for a bit and we like the neighborhood.
