Mikrotek Service is located at No. 7/10 A/4 on Kumarakrupa Road. It’s a pretty well-known road, so people don’t usually have too much trouble finding the building. We’ve been operating out of this space for a good amount of time. It’s not a massive facility, just enough room for our equipment and the few of us who work here. We spend our time fixing things and providing services to folks who live or work nearby. It’s the kind of work where you’re always learning something new because no two jobs are exactly the same. We don’t go in for fancy advertising or big slogans. We just think if you do a decent job, people will come back. The office is functional rather than pretty. We have shelves full of parts and tools everywhere. It might look a bit cluttered to an outsider, but there is a system to it. Kumarakrupa Road is a nice area to be in, and we like the pace of life around here. We aren't a big corporation with a board of directors. We’re just a small group of people who know how to handle repairs. If someone brings something in, we take a look and give them a straight answer. That’s how we’ve always done it, and it seems to work out fine for everyone involved. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task in front of us. Most of the time we have a bit of music playing in the background.
