Our office is at 1&2 in Jalahalli West. We are really close to the Air Force Technical College, so we hear the planes and the activity from the base quite often. It’s a landmark that most people use to find their way to us. The space we have is simple and functional. We’ve got two rooms where we keep our maps and property documents. Jalahalli is a nice part of the city, and we’ve been operating here for a while. It’s not a very flashy office. We have some basic chairs and a couple of old desks that have been with us since the start. Most of our day involves people dropping in to ask about what is available in the area. We know the blocks around here like the back of our hand. It’s a lot of quiet work interspersed with busy moments when a few people arrive at once. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials or brochures. If someone wants to know something, we just tell them what we know. The neighborhood is fairly settled, but there is always someone moving in or out. We keep our records in big binders. Sometimes the monkeys from the nearby trees come onto the roof and make a lot of noise. It’s just part of being in this area. We like the pace of things here. It’s steady and predictable most of the time.
