Kumar & Swamy Architects

Kumar & Swamy Architects is our firm, and we are based at 3097 A in Indira Nagar. We have been in this location for quite some time now. It is a straightforward architectural office where we spend our days working on various building designs. Indira Nagar is a busy place, but our office at 3097 A stays relatively calm. We are not a large company with a lot of departments. It is just a few of us here doing the actual work. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of space for large paper drawings. We do not really go for the polished, corporate look. We prefer a workspace that feels comfortable and lived-in. You will probably see some half-finished sketches and a few rulers lying around if you walk in. That is just how we operate. We like being in this part of town because it is easy for people to find us. Most people in the area know the address or can get here without much trouble. We just focus on the projects at hand and try to do a solid job on every drawing. It is a simple business model, really.
