Everyone in Bangalore knows Ksrtc. We are the ones handling the bus transport that gets people across the state and beyond. Our presence in Bangalore is huge, even if we don't have a single tiny shop address. It’s a busy life. If you’ve ever been to the main bus stands, you’ve seen the sea of red and green buses. We aren't a small private company; we are the public transport backbone for many. Our offices are usually near the depots or the main stations. It’s loud, there’s the smell of diesel, and people are always rushing to catch their ride. We have staff working all sorts of hours to keep the buses running. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of maintenance, scheduling, and dealing with the public. Sometimes the buses are late because of the Bangalore traffic, which everyone knows can be a nightmare. We just try to manage the routes as best as we can. Our team is made up of drivers, conductors, and office staff who have been doing this for years. It’s a lot of responsibility to move so many people every day. We don't have time for fancy talk. We just focus on the engines, the tickets, and the roads. It’s a tough job but someone has to do it so people can get to work or visit their families. That’s life at Ksrtc. We’re just regular folks keeping the city moving.
