Ksrtc Travels

We are located at number 55 on 4th Cross in Halasuru, Bangalore. This part of town is always buzzing with people, and our office is right in the middle of it. We deal with all the travel bookings and bus schedules that people need for their trips. It is a small space, and we often have bags and parcels stacked in the corners waiting to be picked up. The street outside is narrow, so it can get really crowded when people are coming and going with their luggage. We have a few staff members who have been here since we first opened. We know the bus routes across the state like the back of our hands. It is not a glamorous job, just a lot of checking lists and printing out tickets for passengers. The printers are always running and the phone never really stops ringing with people asking about delays. People come in with all sorts of questions about departure times and where the bus stops are. We just sit at our desks and try to get through the day’s work. Sometimes we have to deal with bus breakdowns or cancellations, which isn't fun for anyone, but it is just part of the travel business. We take our tea breaks on the doorstep and watch the traffic go by. It is a very local feel here in Halasuru. We don't have any fancy signs, just a simple office.
