Our office is located at the Peninsula Centre on S S Rao Road, right near Brooke Field Drive. Ksp Engineers And Developers has been operating out of this space for quite some time now. It is a busy spot with lots of other offices around, so there is always something going on in the hallways. We spend our days looking at plans and dealing with all the little details that come with engineering and development work. It is not always exciting, but it is what we know how to do. The office is usually cluttered with stacks of papers and blueprints, and there is always a pot of tea sitting somewhere. We aren't the type of people to wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a formal meeting. Most days it is just casual clothes and a lot of problem-solving. Being in this part of town is convenient because everything is close by, though the traffic on S S Rao Road can be a real nightmare during the rush hour. We have grown used to the noise and the fast pace of things here. Our team is pretty small, and we have worked together long enough that we don't need a lot of formal rules. We just get the work done and try to make sure everything is built right. It is a practical way to run things, and it seems to work for us.
