Krystals Enterprises

Krystals Enterprises is our place over at number 64 in Konanakunte. We are right on the Amrutnagar Main Road near the New Bank Colony in Banashankari 3rd Stage. It’s a busy road so there’s always a lot of noise from the buses going past the front door. We deal with various hardware and household items. It’s a family business and we’ve been running it here for quite a while now. The shop is usually full of cardboard boxes and plastic containers. Sometimes it’s actually hard to find a place to stand when a new shipment arrives. We sell things like plumbing parts, electrical wires, and hand tools. Most of the people who come in are local contractors or guys trying to fix something at their own home. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass cases. It’s more like a small warehouse where everything is stacked up on metal racks. My brother handles the deliveries and I stay behind the counter to talk to people. We have a small wooden desk where we do all the billing by hand in a receipt book. The ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound but it keeps us cool enough. We open early in the morning because that’s when the workmen are heading out to their jobs. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Banashankari. We just want to have the right parts when someone needs a specific pipe or a certain type of screw to finish their work.
