Kruthi Developers

Kruthi Developers is based at 2 Hennur Main Road, specifically in the Rangara Crast Apartment near Akshar Chowk. We work on building projects and land development in this area. It started out as a small family thing and grew a bit over time. We spend most of our time at construction sites, so the office is sometimes empty during the day. We deal with architects, laborers, and material suppliers. It’s messy work with lots of dust and noise, but that’s how buildings get made. We focus on the Hennur area because we know the soil and the local rules here. We aren't a massive corporation with glass buildings. We’re just local people who know how to put bricks together. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or transport issues, but we keep going until it's done. We have some files in the apartment office showing what we’ve built recently. People come to talk to us about buying a flat or maybe investing in a piece of land. We tell them what’s realistic and what’s not. There are no fancy sales pitches here. We just show the work we’ve done and let people decide for themselves. It’s a tough business, but we like seeing a project finally get finished and people moving in. It’s how we make our living.
