Kristal Group

This Kristal Group office is located at 16/1, Sai Nilayam, on 8th Cross in Cubbonpet. If you know Bangalore, you know Cubbonpet is one of those old-school areas with very narrow streets and lots of commerce. Sai Nilayam is a regular building that houses our daily operations. It is often very loud outside because of the activity in the market nearby. We are right in the thick of it. The office is small and functional. We don't have a lot of room for fluff. We spend our time talking to contractors, checking on legal papers, and making sure our projects are moving along. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Being in the 560002 pin code means we are central, but it also means getting here can take a long time if the traffic is bad. We usually have a pot of tea going for whoever walks in. Most of our staff have been with us for years, so it feels like a family. We don't use fancy titles much. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes we are out on sites all day, and other times we are stuck here doing accounts or sorting through mail. It is a bit of a grind, but we like the energy of the city center. We just do our jobs and go home like everyone else around here.
