Our office is in the Narayanappa Building over in Bellandur. It is a bit hidden away on 3rd Cross, right behind the Panchayath Office on Panchayath Road. You have to look for the building specifically or you might drive right past it. We have been here for a good while, working on various local projects. The area is always under construction or changing with new roads, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. It is a simple setup inside with just enough room for the team to sit. We deal with property and building things mostly. It is not a polished corporate environment by any means. There is usually a bit of dust from the road construction and a lot of papers piled up on the desks. We spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone and checking on different sites around the city. Being near the Panchayath office means it can get quite busy with people coming and going all day long. We don't really have a reception desk or a waiting room, just an open space where we all work together. We prefer it that way because it makes it easier to just talk to each other without any fuss. It is a practical place for a practical job. We aren't big on slogans or fancy marketing materials. We just focus on the buildings and the people we work with every day. Bengaluru is a big city, but Bellandur feels like its own world.
