Our place is located in Banashankari 2nd Stage, specifically in the Shankarappa Estate area. We are tucked away on A Main, Magadi Road, which most people know because it is quite close to the BDA Complex. The address is 2014/1 if you are looking at the gate numbers. It has been a long time since we started here, and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit around us. We see people coming in from all over the area, some even from further down Magadi Road. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most folks find us because their neighbor or a cousin told them where to go. It is a simple setup. We try to keep things moving so people don’t have to sit around waiting for hours, but some days are just busier than others. The building is older, but it serves the purpose. Being near the BDA Complex helps people find us without getting too lost. We deal with things as they come. It's just a local spot where we try to help out with what we can. Usually, someone is around to answer questions if you just walk in. We don't use much fancy talk here. We just focus on the work and making sure people know what is going on with their visit. It's a plain, honest kind of place where we just get on with things without making a big scene. We’ve been here for a long time.
