Krishna Fancy Store

Krishna Fancy Store is the shop we have on Magadi Main Road in BTM 2nd Stage. It is a small local store that has been around for a while. We sell a variety of small things that people in the neighborhood need. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all kinds of items. It is not a fancy place with a lot of space to walk around. You have to be careful not to knock anything over. We spend our days behind the counter or restocking the shelves when things run low. Magadi Main Road is a busy place, so there are always people passing by. Most of our customers are folks who live nearby in BTM 2nd Stage. They stop in for something quick on their way home. We don't have a big staff, just us running the place every day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the shop stays pretty much the same. We don't have a computer system to track everything. We just know where everything is kept. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, especially on the weekends. We don't do any advertising. The shop sign is enough to let people know we are here. It’s a simple business and we enjoy being part of the local community. We just take it one day at a time and keep the shelves full.
