Krishna Developers

We've been running Krishna Developers out of our first-floor office on 1st Main for a while now. Bangalore is a fast-growing place, and we see it every day from our window in the 560 030 area. Our work keeps us busy with lots of paperwork and site visits. It is not always easy dealing with all the building rules and finding the right materials, but that is just how the job goes. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how things are moving along at different spots around the city. The office is at 8/68, and it's usually pretty crowded with maps and files everywhere. Most days start early with tea and a look at the schedule for the week. We try to keep things straightforward. If there is a problem at a site, we just go there and try to figure it out right then. It is a lot of coordination between the people doing the actual building and the people who want the houses finished. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic on 1st Main makes getting to appointments a bit of a headache, but we manage. We’ve seen a lot of changes in this part of Karnataka over the years. We just keep showing up and doing the work that needs to be done.
