Being on the third floor means we have to climb a few flights of stairs, which keeps us moving. Tilaknagar is a lively area with a lot of shops and houses mixed together. Our office is a simple one. We have our desks and our equipment set up in a way that makes sense for us. We handle a variety of associate-related work, mostly paperwork and coordination. It is not the kind of place where you will find marble floors or expensive art on the walls. It is a practical space for practical people. The windows let in some light, but they also let in the sounds of the street, which can be quite loud during the middle of the day. Bangalore-41 is a well-known part of the city, and we have been here for a good amount of time. We know the local tea stall and the nearby stationery shops quite well. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. We just work together to finish what needs to be done. Most days are pretty standard, with a lot of typing and talking to people who drop by.
