You can find Krisam Mintel Systems Private Limited over in the KSSIDC Industrial Area in Jigani. We are at SPL-4 on the 3rd Main Road. Jigani is a very industrial part of town, so there are factories and warehouses all around us. Our building is a simple structure that fits right in with the neighborhood. It’s not a place for tourists, that’s for sure. We spend our time inside, focused on our systems and hardware. The floors are concrete and the lighting is just basic fluorescent tubes. It’s a practical environment for the kind of work we do. We have some heavy shelving for our parts and a few workbenches where things get put together or fixed. Most of the staff has been here for a while, so we’ve got a good rhythm going. We don’t really do big meetings or presentations. We just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. The 2nd Phase of Jigani is always busy with trucks moving in and out, so there’s a constant hum of activity. We’ve got a small corner for our tea breaks and that’s about as fancy as it gets. We aren't trying to win any awards for office design. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and make sure everything is running right before we lock up for the night.
