Our office is over at No 613 on 50th Cross in the 3rd Block of Rajajinagar. It’s a busy corner of the neighborhood. We handle both the engineering side and the architectural design, so the office is a bit of a mix. You’ll see structural calculations on one desk and aesthetic sketches on another. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on expensive furniture; we spend it on good software and drafting tools. There’s always a stack of blueprints waiting for a signature or a set of site photos being reviewed. We’ve been in Rajajinagar for quite a while and have worked on many of the buildings you see around here. People know they can just walk in and ask a question about a renovation or a new construction project. We aren’t into big sales pitches. We just look at the site, hear what you want, and tell you how we can build it safely and within budget. It’s a lot of technical work, but we enjoy the challenge of making things fit in tight city spaces. The office gets a bit noisy when the traffic picks up outside, but we just turn up the fans and keep working. We are a small team of hard workers who just want to get the job done right the first time every single time.
