Kps Holidays Pvt Ltd is on the first floor of the SLV Complex, right across from R R Gold Palace. The address is 76/11-1 in Jayanagar III Block, on Sinhagad Road. It’s a busy spot in Yashganga Residency. We spend our days looking at maps and flight schedules. People come up the stairs and sit down to tell us about where they want to go for their holidays. Sometimes they want a beach, sometimes they want the mountains. We try to piece together a plan that makes sense for them. It’s not always easy because flights get cancelled or hotels get full, but we do our best to find an alternative. The office has a lot of sunlight in the mornings, which is nice. We have some posters on the walls of places we’d like to visit ourselves one day. Most of the time, we’re just on the phone or typing away on the keyboards. We aren't trying to sell you a dream, just trying to get your transport and stay booked so you don't have to worry about it. It’s a lot of detail work, making sure dates and names are spelled correctly. If we make a mistake, it’s a big problem, so we double-check everything before we print the tickets. It’s a small team here, just regular people who know a lot about travel routes and destinations. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
