We’re tucked away in Murageshpalyabangalore, specifically at No 8, 1st Cross in the Mug Muniappa Layout. It’s a quiet residential pocket, which is nice because it keeps the noise down while we’re working. We share the space with the C O Ramappah address. It isn't a glass tower like you see in the tech parks across the city. It’s more of a neighborhood spot. We like it because it feels more real. Our team handles a lot of different tasks related to knowledge management and data. It sounds fancy, but mostly it's us sitting at desks making sure everything is where it should be. We have a small kitchen where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best ideas happen. We aren’t interested in being the biggest company in Bangalore. We just want to do our work well and go home to our families. The layout is pretty calm, and we’ve gotten to know the people living around us. Sometimes we have to explain what Kouchan Knowledge Convergence actually does, and we just say we help people organize their information. It’s a practical business. No ping-pong tables or bean bags, just chairs and computers. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It suits us just fine. Some days the traffic nearby is a mess, but once you get inside the layout, things settle down. We just focus on the task at hand and keep things moving. It's a simple life.
