We are over in the 4th Phase of Peenya Industrial Area. It’s a busy spot, mostly trucks and factories all day long. Our place is on 10th Cross, at number 378. If you know Peenya, you know how the traffic gets during shift changes. We handle energy stuff here, mostly solar water heaters and panels. It’s what we’ve done for years now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we get the work done. Some of the guys have been with us since the early days. We spend a lot of time out at sites, but the main office is where the planning happens. It gets pretty dusty around here with all the construction and the industrial activity nearby. Sometimes the power goes out, which is ironic given what we do. We try to keep things simple. No big marketing team or anything like that, just people who know how to put solar systems together. You’ll find us there most weekdays. It’s a bit of a maze to find the right cross road if you’re new to the area. Once you see the sign, you’ll know you’re in the right place. We just focus on getting the installations right and making sure the gear works like it’s supposed to for the people who buy it. That’s pretty much the story of Kotak Urja in this part of town. We just keep moving along and doing our thing.
