You’ll find us at number 378 on the 10th Cross in the 4th Phase of Peenya Industrial Area. Kotak Urja Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this industrial zone for a long time. It’s a very practical place to be, surrounded by other factories and workshops. There’s always the sound of machines or trucks in the background, but that’s just the way it is in Peenya. We focus on energy solutions, mainly working with solar and related hardware. Our building is more of a workspace than a fancy office. We have floors where things get assembled and a small area where we handle the paperwork. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, especially in the warehouse sections, but we have fans to keep the air moving. We don't have a marketing department to write fancy stories about us. We’re just a group of engineers and workers who know our way around a solar panel. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at technical drawings. People around here know us because we’ve been on this street for years. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just provide the systems people need and try to keep everything running smoothly. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do, so we just keep at it every day.
