Our office is located at #470 on the 1st Floor of the 17th C Main in the KHB Colony, which is right in the 5th Block of Koramangala. If you know this part of Bangalore, you know how busy the 5th Block can get. There are always people walking around and plenty of cars trying to find a parking spot on the narrow streets. Supreme Explore Buildrop (pvt) Ltd. is tucked away on that first floor, giving us a bit of a view of the street life below. It’s a basic setup with some desks, chairs, and a small area for files and blueprints. We don’t have any expensive art on the walls or a high-tech security system. It is just a place where we come to get our work done every day. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We handle various building and development tasks, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of water or tea and talk through what needs to happen with whoever walks in. Most of the folks who come to see us are from the neighborhood or were sent our way by someone we know. It is a straightforward way of doing business and it has kept us going for quite a while now. We just focus on the daily grind.
