Pioctave Solution Pvt. Lmt. is up on the 4th floor of the Balaji Complex. It’s at number 14, and we are very close to the railway station, which makes the commute easier for some of us. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow on Monday mornings, so we often just take the stairs. Our office isn't huge, but it’s got enough room for our computers and a small area to eat lunch. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking through problems. Being near the station means there’s always a lot of people moving around outside. It’s a lively spot. We’ve been in Balaji Complex for a bit now and we’ve made the space our own. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place where we get our work done. Sometimes it gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We don’t have a receptionist, so if the door is locked, you just have to knock. We are usually inside focused on some project or another. It’s a simple way to run a company. We like being centrally located because it makes things convenient. Pioctave Solution Pvt. Lmt. is just a small team of us working together in this building. We don't have many meetings, we just talk across the desks when something needs to be said. It works well enough for us.
