We are situated at Swiss Complex on Race Course Road. Our unit is G 1, right on the ground floor, which makes it easy for anyone to walk in without climbing stairs. It’s very close to the main gate of the Race Course. Being in Bangalore 560001 means there is always something happening outside. We started this place because people needed a way to get around. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. It is just a small team of us sitting in the office. The walls have some old maps and schedules pinned up. Some days are very quiet, and other days everyone wants to travel at the same time. We just take it as it comes. The Swiss Complex has been around for years and we like being part of this neighborhood. Sometimes we have tea delivered from the shop nearby while we wait for customers. We handle the bookings and make sure everyone knows where their bus is going to be. There’s no fancy lobby here, just a practical space to get things done. If you are looking for us, look for the No.33 building. It is quite prominent near the gate. We don't use much technology besides the basic computer for bookings. It works for us and for the people who come to see us. We’ve known some of our customers for years now. It’s a small life but it keeps us busy and connected to the people here in the city.
