You can find us at Kolte Patil Developers over on Vittal Mallya Road, at number 22/11. This part of the city is always moving, and our office is right in the middle of all that energy. We spend our time looking at plans, talking to contractors, and trying to keep everything on track. It is a lot of coordination, and sometimes it feels like we are just juggling a dozen things at once. The office itself is pretty standard and functional. We have some large tables for laying out drawings and a few computers that are always running. It is not a flashy showroom or anything like that; it is just where the actual planning happens. We have got piles of samples and brochures sitting around, and the phone seems to ring at the oddest times. Vittal Mallya Road can be quite busy, so finding a parking spot is usually the first challenge of the morning. We have been working from this location for some time, and we like the vibe of the area. It keeps us on our toes. We do not spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the sites we are managing and the people we are working with. Some days the progress is fast, and other days it feels like we are waiting on everyone else to move. We just take the good days with the bad and keep things moving forward from our desks.
