Our office is located at 120 Lavelle Road. It is one of those streets in the city that feels a bit more quiet and green compared to the rest of the center. We spend our days here working on various building projects and development plans. The office is a fairly standard space where we have our computers and all the blueprints spread out on the tables. It is not a very loud office, mostly just the sound of people talking or typing. Lavelle Road is a nice place to walk around during the day, even though we are usually stuck inside doing paperwork. We deal with a lot of different aspects of construction and land, so there is always a lot to keep track of. It’s a professional environment but we try to keep it down to earth. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls, just the stuff we need to get through the day. Sometimes we have meetings with people about new sites or ongoing work. The building we are in is easy to find if you know the area well. We have been at this address for a while and it suits the way we work. It’s a central location which makes it easier for people to come and see us when they need to discuss a project. We just focus on getting the details right and making sure everything is moving forward as it should.
