We don't have a big corporate sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most of our neighbors are just families living their lives, so we try to keep the noise down. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a basic kettle for making instant coffee when we’re working late. The layout of the place is a bit cozy, but it works well for a small team like ours. We spend a lot of time on our computers, so the natural light from the balcony is a nice change of pace. We aren't into fancy titles or formal meetings. Usually, we just huddle around one screen if there’s a problem that needs solving. Bangalore is full of these small, focused companies tucked away in residential blocks, and we like being one of them. We just show up, do the work, and keep the operation running smoothly from our little corner of V.R. Pura.
