Knitech Industries

We are situated at 5E, Dr Jeganatha Nagar, right near the Civil Aerodrome Post. Being so close to the airport means we hear the planes pretty often, which has just become part of the background noise for us over the years. At Knitech Industries, the main thing we do is work with knitting machines and various types of textiles. The floor is usually covered in bits of thread and fabric samples that we have been testing. It is a busy environment where the machines are humming for most of the day. We spend a lot of time checking the tension on the yarns and making sure the patterns are coming out correctly without any snags. Dr Jeganatha Nagar is a decent area for this kind of work, and we have a good amount of space for our equipment and the raw materials we keep in stock. It is not a clean, white-glove kind of office; it is a factory setting where things get a bit dusty and loud. We have a small area for the staff to sit and have their lunch, but otherwise, everyone is usually on their feet near the production line. There is always a crate of finished goods waiting to be shipped out or a new batch of yarn arriving at the door. We do not really have any big slogans. We just focus on the knitting and making sure the machines keep running through the shift without any major breakdowns.
