Kmk Varma Clinic

We've been here at No.12/2 on Hayes Road for a while now. Most people know us because we're right opposite Sogo Computers. It’s a busy part of Richmond Road, so finding a spot can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we make it work. The clinic itself is pretty straightforward. We aren't doing anything fancy with the decor or trying to look like those big corporate hospitals you see in the city. It’s just Kmk Varma Clinic, a place where folks come when they aren't feeling well. I usually get in early to open up and check the files before the first few people show up. The building has its quirks, like that one door that sticks when it rains, but it's home to us. We see all kinds of people throughout the day. Some are just passing through the neighborhood, while others have been coming to this part of Richmond Road for years. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but inside we try to keep things calm so we can actually hear what people are telling us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just find us or hear about us from a neighbor. That’s how it’s always been here. We just focus on the work at hand and hope people feel a bit better when they leave. It’s a small operation, really, just us doing what we do every day. We’ve had the same sign out front for ages and haven’t felt the need to change it. We just keep things moving.
