Kkriss Kkross Chocolate Gifts & Flowers

Kkriss Kkross is located at 54 Ground Floor in the City Mansion. The address is a bit of a mouthful because it sits near Govardhan Galli, Mulji Jetha Market, and Kalbadevi Road, and somehow also relates to Zaveri Bazar and Vittal Mallya Road. It's a very busy intersection of areas. Being on the ground floor helps because people are always carrying things in and out. Since we deal with gifts and flowers, the place usually has a bit of a mixed scent to it. It’s not always organized perfectly. There are often ribbons on the floor and scraps of wrapping paper in the corners. We try to keep the flowers fresh, so there’s always water being moved around. The chocolate boxes are stacked up against the wall. It’s a small shop, and sometimes it gets really crowded when a big order comes in. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the wrapping and the arranging. Sometimes the delivery guy is late, and we have to scramble. It’s real work. We get tired, and our hands get sticky from the tape and the stems. But being in the middle of such a historic market area like Mulji Jetha is interesting. There is always someone walking by. We’ve been in City Mansion for a good bit now, and we’ve become part of the daily furniture of the street. It’s a hectic life but we enjoy the chaos.
