Kiona Software Pvt Ltd is located in the Adinath Housing Society at Plot Number 9. This is right near Sahakar Nagar on the Sangli Road in Ichalkaranji. Being in a housing society makes the office feel quite integrated with the local community. We have some neighbors who are residents and others who run small shops. The road outside can get quite busy with trucks and bikes, especially during the day. Our office is basically a converted house, so it has a lot of character that you would not find in a new building. There are different rooms for different tasks, which helps us stay a bit organized. We have a small yard in the front where a few bikes are parked. The interior is simple, mostly just white walls and basic lighting. We spend most of our time at our computers. It is a quiet place once you are inside and away from the street noise. Ichalkaranji is a smaller place compared to the big cities, so everyone kind of knows each other. We have a local guy who brings us snacks in the afternoon. Most of the staff live nearby, so they can walk or take a short ride to get here. We are just a group of people working on software in a comfortable, local setting. It is not a flashy place, but it provides everything we need to do our jobs every day.
